Return & Refund Policy

Because we sell live feeder insects, our return policy is designed to protect animal health, shipping quality, and customer trust.

Live Insect Return Policy

Because we sell live feeder insects, we do not accept returns on live insects once an order has shipped. This policy helps protect the health, safety, and quality of our feeders.

Live Arrival Support

We carefully pack every live insect order to support safe transit. If there is an issue with your live feeder shipment, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the package and insects
  • A brief description of the issue

Eligible live arrival claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Important Delivery Note

Live insects must be brought inside promptly after delivery. Packages left outside in heat, cold, direct sun, rain, snow, or other unsafe conditions may not qualify for live arrival support.

Shipping Delays & Weather Holds

To protect live arrival, orders may be held due to extreme weather, carrier delays, weekends, holidays, or other shipping risks. Live insect orders typically ship early in the week to help avoid weekend delays.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for live arrival issues caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment or unit numbers, failed delivery attempts, or packages forwarded to another address.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed, fulfilled, or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Non-Live Products

If we sell non-live products, unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
