Live cricket orders ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed by 4:00 AM MST may be eligible for same-day shipping depending on product availability, weather conditions, and carrier schedules.
What happens during extreme weather?
Because these are live insects, weather can affect shipping. We may adjust or hold a shipment when conditions could put the health of your crickets at risk.
What if my crickets don't arrive alive?
Eligible orders are protected by our Live Arrival Guarantee. If there's an issue with your shipment, contact us promptly and follow the requirements in our live-arrival policy so our team can help.
